Prototype to have a complete view of users flows

How I use figma prototype to create user tests and improve users flows

For me, as a Lead Product Designer, collecting user feedback rapidly and accurately is a top priority to refine my user journeys and enhance the overall experience. However, gathering this feedback can often pose a challenge, especially when aiming to obtain actionable data quickly. This is where tools like Figma and Maze come into play to streamline this process.

I use Figma, a collaborative design tool, to create interactive prototypes of my design ideas and share them with my team and other stakeholders. This real-time collaboration allows my team to work together on the same files, facilitating communication and decision-making.

In addition, I utilize Maze, a user experience analysis tool, to test my prototypes with users and gather data on their behavior. With Maze, I can easily create user tests and distribute them to a wide range of participants. Upon completion of the tests, I receive detailed analytics on how users interacted with my prototypes, enabling me to make informed decisions to improve the user experience.

By combining Figma and Maze, I can iterate quickly on my design ideas, test different variations, and obtain actionable feedback in a short amount of time. For example, I can create multiple versions of a user interface in Figma, test them with Maze with a target user group, and then use the collected data to further refine my designs.

By using these tools, I overcome the challenge of collecting feedback by quickly obtaining data on user behaviors towards my interfaces. This allows me to make more informed decisions and iterate more effectively on my designs to create exceptional user experiences.
